Physiotherapy

Zoe Hatton is our resident Physiotherapist. She has a Bachelor of Science degree with Upper Division Honours from the University of East London and she is a member of the Health Professions Council (HPC) and The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). Zoe qualified in 2004.

Osteopathy / Sports Injuries / Sports Massage / Holistic Massage

Our resident Osteopaths are Jordan Cotter, Charlie Henry-Jones and Mike Jones and all three have experience in treating a wide range of conditions including sports injuries.

Jordan has a first class honours degree in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy. He also has a degree in Human Biology from Loughborough University. He is fully trained in Sports Massage, Holistic Massage and is also qualified in Myofascial dry needling.

Charlie Henry-Jones has a Masters degree in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy. He is fully trained in Sports Massage and is a qualified fitness instructor.

Mike Jones has a Masters degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy. He also has a level 2 and 3 Diploma in Sports and Fitness Therapies which include Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Personal Training and Sports and Fitness Techniques. Mike is also qualified in Myofascial dry needling.

All three Osteopaths are members of the General Osteopathic Council (GOC).

Deep Tissue Massage / Sports Massage / Holistic Massage

Chris Jones, Shammai Allen and Michelle Horne are our resident Deep Tissue Massage Therapists.

Chris Jones has a BA (Hons) in Sport and Human Movement Studies from the University of Wales. He has a VTCT Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, Sports Massage and Body Massage. He also has a City and Guilds Level 3 in Indian Head Massage.

Shammai Allen has a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and a Level 3 National Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences. She is fully qualified in Sports, Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage.

Michelle Horne has ITEC level 3 qualifications in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Holistic Massage.

Deep Tissue or Holistic Massage sessions last 60 minutes.

Reflexology

Our resident Reflexologist Karen Reeves trained at the British School of Reflexology and is a member of the Association of Reflexologists. Karen qualified in 1994.

Swedish Massage / Indian Head Massage / Reiki

Karen Reeves is our fully trained resident Swedish Massage Therapist, Indian Head Massage Therapist and Reiki Therapist. Karen completed her Massage training in 1997 and her Reiki training in 2007.

Nutritional Therapy / Zero Balancing

Heather Helm Dip ION qualified as a Nutritional Consultant from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 1999. Heather is also our fully trained Zero Balancing Therapist.
